Thank you for choosing Rose Petal Bakery. We take great pride in the quality of our baked goods and want every customer to be delighted with their order. Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.
Due to the nature of our products—including cookies, breads, pastries, and other freshly baked items—all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns of food items.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right within the guidelines below.

If the carrier (UPS/USPS/etc.) delays or misroutes a package, we will help you track it, but we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by third-party carriers.
