Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Rose Petal Bakery. We take great pride in the quality of our baked goods and want every customer to be delighted with their order. Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.


1. All Sales Are Final for Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products—including cookies, breads, pastries, and other freshly baked items—all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns of food items.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right within the guidelines below.


2. Issues With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can assist you promptly.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We cannot process requests submitted after 24 hours due to the perishable nature of our products.


3. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Items arrived damaged or compromised during delivery
  • Your order was incomplete
  • There was an error caused by Rose Petal Bakery

When approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the affected product
  • A store credit

Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.


4. Order Cancellations

Local Pickup Orders

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. After that window, ingredients and preparation may already be underway, and we are unable to cancel or refund.

Shipped Orders

Once your order has been baked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


5. Allergies & Ingredients

We provide ingredient details for transparency, but:

  • We cannot guarantee products are free from trace allergens.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for allergic reactions or overlooked ingredient information.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


6. Delivery Issues

If the carrier (UPS/USPS/etc.) delays or misroutes a package, we will help you track it, but we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by third-party carriers.
We bake fresh and ship on schedules designed to ensure timely delivery, but once the package is in the carrier’s hands, transit times are outside our control.


7. Gift Orders

If you are ordering as a gift, please ensure the recipient is available to receive perishable items. We are unable to refund orders that spoil due to recipient unavailability.
